The forecast chart pattern and analytical services published or provided and authored by chartview.in or a third party are general forecast/ analytical services and are not to be considered as individual Investor Advisory Service/Research analyst services as per SEBI. chartview.in is not registered as such under the SEBI (Reseach Analyst) Regulations, 2014 as complying to point no 21 of FAQs SEBI Research Analyst Regulations ,2014 which specifically clarifies for no certification requirement for recommendations through public media only and not making any public appearance by the party.
The User warrants that he/she/it shall obtain independent investment advice before making any Investment based on such recommendation.

Use of the Service is at any persons, including a Subscriber’s/Client’s, is at own risk. The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

You agree that the credit/ debit card information are of sensitive nature and are aware of the risks involved in making payment through the internet. You shall be responsible for safe keeping the credit/ debit card information and shall not share it with any other person.
Chartview.in will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the misuse of such information due to your negligence or default.
chartview.in as a merchant shall be under no liability whatever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of your having exceeded the pre set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
12) REFUND POLICY
Your days/monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription will be enabled immediately on receipt of your payment. If you are not satisfied, you can request for your subscription to be terminated within such period as may be specified for a particular service in the offer or as per given below and the money will be refunded back to you subject to the conditions and time elapsed for service will be taken into consideration.
The Subscriber/Customer will be eligible for a refund only once for a particular service. In case a Subscriber has subscribed to a service, claimed refund and subscribed again for the same service, he/she will not be eligible to avail any refund.
There is strictly no refund policy for “days/monthly” products.
13) TERMINATION:
This User Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated or canceled for any of the following reasons: (a) immediately by chartview.in for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) immediately by chartview.in if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which chartview.in may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to chartview.in. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to chartview.in is non-refundable for any reason.
14) DISPUTE SETTLEMENT:
All disputes, differences and questions of any nature which at any time arise between the parties to this agreement out of the construction of or concerning anything contained in or arising out of this agreement or as to the rights, duties or liabilities under it or the parties to it shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Propritor of Chartview Research and Analytics. The Arbitration Proceedings shall be held at Bhubaneswar (Odisha) India. The Place of Arbitration will be at Bhubaneswar (Odisha) India. The laws prevailing in India Shall alone apply to the Arbitration Proceedings between the parties.
